Application:
Coal mining bits are the main tool for falling coal and wearing parts of coal mining machine. Performance of the bit directly affects the production capacity and power consumption of coal mining machinery and the smoothness of work. Mining bits undergo high cyclic compressive stress, shear stress and impact load when cutting coal rock. The coal is not very hard like rock but it often encounters hard minerals like coal gangue, and during excavation the temperature of the mining bit gets increase due to the friction and impact.
We developed our grade for Tungsten Carbide Tips to counter friction and impact under complex working conditions.
