Heading Pellets
Our heading pellets are pressed under control process with CIP, which suit the industrial standards and norms. These are designed to sustain high and repeated stress. The pellets use an excellent combination of hardness and fracture toughness. The pellets are widely used in the nut and bolt industry for heading extrusion, serrations and nut forming. Our specially graded pellets make it possible for our heading pellets to last a long time and deliver superior part accuracy. The product is available in ground condition with standard tolerance.
